Before the Event
Creative Link is your one stop shop from the moment you decide you need to hold a meeting, conference, trade show or special event. We get involved at the very beginning and scout the country for the best location and then negotiate the best rates and deals for our clients. After the location and date are set, we handle all aspects of the planning including registration, booking transportation and accommodations, meals and catering, audio visual, function space and much, much more. During the Event
Because of our years of experience, dealing with AV and production crews is just one of the many services we offer. We will oversee all of your AV needs from a power strip to stage, lighting and sound for an audience of 10,000. And not only can we produce videos for your event, but we also write scripts, create PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, produce custom music tracks and hire professional talent. And of course, we will organize all your registrations, air and ground transportation, hotel reservations and menus. Um, yeah, we do it all!
